Registering with our Practice

NEW PATIENT REGISTRATION
PLEASE NOTE FOLLOWING GUIDANCE OF THE HEALTH BOARD UNTIL 30/9/24 WE ARE UNABLE TO REGISTER NEW PATIENTS SHOULD YOU CURRENTLY BE REGISTERED WITH ANOTHER LOCAL GP PRACTICE.

We are a practice of three doctors and welcome patients who move into our catchment area which is the majority of the G42 postcode area.

Please note we are able to register patients that reside in homes with postcodes starting G42 followed by the numbers 1/2/3/4/5/6/8/9.

We cover all postcodes in this G42 area except properties with the postcode starting G42 0 & G42 7. We are sorry we are unable to register patients with these postcodes.

To register with us please speak with our lovely reception staff who can provide you with a registration form (if you are eligible to join and are not currently registered with another local practice) or print your own from our website.  Type registration into the search section of our website to help find the form.
