Text Messages from Us

The surgery has set up a system where we can text information that is relevant to you. We are currently looking to advise you of appointment reminders and other things… for example if we need you to contact us we may either telephone or now send you a text. Since sending the original message to all patients with up to date mobile number on file, we are having a few issues getting this new service fully operational so for now you may still not get a reminder of your appointments. We appreciate your patience with this. Once we have ironed out the teething issues we will be up and running with the reminders. In the first instance this will be reminders for Nurse & Physio appointments. Reminders for a GP appointment will be introduced at later date once the issue with these are resolved. This service is available to patients who are age 16 and over. The text will come from number 07903590949. Should you wish to opt out of this service please contact us on 0141 632 6310 and we will update your preferences. Please note updating this may take a few days.
